⚙️ General Commands

• /clockin – start shift

• /clockout – end shift

• /team queue – show open tickets for your team

• /resolve – close ticket + send CSAT

• /note – add staff-only log

• /rename – rename ticket issue/product

• /waiting_customer – pause idle while waiting

• /summarize – AI ticket summary

• /helpfix– sends the helpfix for an issue that already has been debugged / resolved.

• /warn <user> – logs formal warning

• /reassign <ticket> – move ticket to another staff

• /hire <user> – add staff to team

• /fire <user> – remove staff from team

• /owner – mark ticket as Owner-only issue (no KPI impact)

• /bonus check – see team KPI status

• /promo status – check promotion eligibility

• /report weekly – submit team performance report
