Rules for creating Helpfix:

• Title must be clear + bold

• Step-by-step guide with screenshots if possible

• Check if it already exists before adding

• If outdated, DM Admin to replace old one

Commands:

• /helpfix search <issue> – find existing

• /helpfix add – create new

• /helpfix <id> – send to ticket
